How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who contacts Debthutch Garage Doors deserves a fair and honest experience. If yours fell short, please tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to contact us about:
- How we handled your call or message
- How we used your personal information
- Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices and is responsible for its workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly and keep written notes.
Please tell us too. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Debthutch Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@debthutch.help and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if you know it
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What happened and what result you would like
Our Next Steps
We will confirm by email that we received your message, usually within a few business days. Then we will review the matter, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any action we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state's consumer protection agency, your state attorney general or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to assist.
